Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern who will take full ownership of posting and managing content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to use their social media skills to amplify our mission. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, writing captions, scheduling posts, and actively growing our online community.
Location: Remote or Berlin
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Reports to: Social Media Manager / Content Director
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Posting: Take charge of posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Write compelling captions that align with Cleanhub’s brand voice and values.
- Grow Followers: Develop and execute strategies to increase our followers on these platforms, focusing on engaging, educational, and inspiring content that resonates with our audience.
- Engagement: Actively engage with our community by liking, commenting, and sharing content. Build relationships with influencers, partners, and like-minded organizations in the sustainability space.
- TikTok Strategy: Create and implement content ideas specifically for TikTok, leveraging trends and the platform’s unique features to boost our visibility and engagement.
- Creative Initiative: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence. Propose and experiment with new content types, themes, or campaigns that align with our mission.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on performance metrics across platforms to evaluate the success of your strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Passion for sustainability and Cleanhub’s mission.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for social media trends.
- Video editing skills for TikTok content are a plus.
