We’re looking for aspiring entrepreneurs to join us as Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR) through our internship program. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn how a startup operates, and play a role in solving one of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time.
Position Overview
As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) intern at CleanHub, you’ll work closely with our management team and contribute across various areas of the business. Whether it’s developing growth strategies, supporting operations, conducting market research, or brainstorming product innovations, you’ll gain an inside look at the inner workings of a startup.
This role is perfect for curious, self-driven individuals with a passion for sustainability and an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll get the chance to explore what it’s like to launch and grow a mission-driven company while building practical skills and connections for your career.
Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership: Take ownership of a specific project aligned with your skills and interests, such as growth hacking, product development, marketing campaigns, or operational improvements.

Startup Exposure: Collaborate with different teams, including marketing, product, sales, and operations, to understand how each function contributes to the startup’s success.

Research & Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for business decisions.

Experimentation: Assist in testing new ideas and strategies, tracking outcomes, and iterating based on results.

Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency.

Team Support: Work alongside the leadership team and other team members to execute initiatives that align with CleanHub’s mission and growth goals.

What We’re Looking For
- A passion for entrepreneurship, commercial mindset and an interest in sustainability and environmental impact.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of curiosity and adaptability.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to learn by doing.
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a bachelor’s or master’s program (all fields of study welcome).
- Previous startup or business experience (e.g., projects, internships, or extracurricular activities) is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable with using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) or Microsoft Office.
